Si call Digital cash desk the new innovative tool created by Lorenzo Vannucci, a young man of just 21 years and by the entrepreneur Massimo Rutinelli, presented on 20 July at the headquarters of Confcommercio. The application, first of its kind, gives the possibility to replace the cash register with an application capable of managing the issuance of electronic receipts, invoices and digital payments directly from a mobile phone or tablet. “Commerce is transforming and I believe that through technology we can have various benefits, electronic payments are essential – ha
affirmed the provincial director of Confcommercio Federico Pieragnoli – and we want to give our exhibitors an extra opportunity. Through this application, our companies can be innovated ”.
“We have done nothing but simplify the procedure that the state had allowed to follow. The advantages are many, above all economic, given that you save the cost of the cash register – Rutinelli explained – The instrument can be loaded on any device, moreover there are no maintenance or expensive updates “.
“Digital cash desk” is paid only if it is used and every document issued is immediately
sent to the Revenue Agency.
“Another merit is that to be Organic, because we managed to get rid of paper altogether. We have tried to create a solution that meets the needs of all types of customers – added Vannucci – This is a real revolution in the sector in terms of digitization. We have patented the algorithm for the various authentication systems and thanks to the transmission of the receipts via Qrcode or photos we have been able to completely eliminate the paper. It can be used in several points within the same store, and allows you to avoid queues and waits also because in the event of a connection failure it
receipt is automatically generated and sent to the Revenue Agency at the time of reconnection “.
It took six months of work to create the app, which requires constant updating but which has an intuitive interface and which only needs a telephone line to work. Left on March 26, they are currently over 600 companies that have chosen this tool: “For now we are concentrating on issuing receipts – concluded Vannucci and Rutinelli – but we believe that in the future we could dedicate ourselves to developing other services as well”.
