Milan Quaestor suspends two-room license for 15 and 10 days
These include the club where a 38-year-old Peruvian was killed in May
Milan, July 19 (askanews) – Last Friday, the commissioner of Milan, Giuseppe Petronzi, decreed the suspension of two licenses for the management of commercial businesses pursuant to art. 100 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety Laws. This was reported in a note by the police headquarters of the Lombard capital, explaining that last Saturday, the agents of the Villa San Giovanni Commissioner notified the suspension for 15 days of the license for administration to the “Agrisport” sports club in via del Ricordo 58 where, last May 29, during a football match, the 38-year-old of Peruvian origin Adrian Ybarraguirre Silva was stabbed to death.
On the same day, the policemen of the Sempione police station notified the 30-year-old owner of the “Bar Afandina Narghilè”, the suspension of the license for 10 days. “The measure – reads the press release from the police headquarters – became necessary after repeated interventions by the police for the reports of noises and loud music coming from the premises in via Monte Ceneri 71: in fact, during three checks, the owner of the restaurant, habitually frequented by people with serious police precedents, had not observed the anti Covid regulations and, on 10 June, despite a 5-day sanction recently imposed and still in progress, had continued to provide food and drinks “.
